Item 7.01.
Regulation FD Disclosure

In presentations that will be made to analysts and investors, Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. will be reporting the outcome of a proceeding initiated against the license holding company of the TV Nova Group by the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting of the Czech Republic (the “Czech Media Council”).

On April 27, 2005, the Czech Media Council issued a decision in respect of a recent broadcast by TV Nova. On the basis of that decision, TV Nova has not committed a breach of the Czech Broadcasting Act that, if repeated, might have resulted in the revocation of the TV Nova broadcasting license.
