On Oct. 6, 2010, we announced that ONEOK, Inc. and ONEOK Partners, L.P. will release third-quarter 2010 earnings after the market closes on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010 and will hold a joint conference call and live webcast at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (10 a.m. Central Daylight Time), Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
