Regulation FD Disclosure
 
On Dec. 15, 2010, ONEOK Partners, L.P. announced plans to invest $180 million to $240 million between now and the first half of 2012 for natural gas liquids projects in the Cana-Woodford Shale and Granite Wash plays.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
