On April 4, 2012, ONEOK Partners, L.P. announced plans to invest $140 million to $160 million to construct a 270-mile natural gas gathering system and related infrastructure in Divide County, N.D.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
