On February 11, 2008, Next, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Registrant”), issued a press release reporting earnings results for the fiscal fourth quarter and the year ended November 30, 2007.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
