5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On Monday, April 14, 2008, Brian McNeill, a member of the Companys Board of Directors and Chairman of the Companys Nominating and Governance Committee, informed the Company that he was resigning from the Board effective April 18, 2008. Mr. McNeills resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company or its management or any other matter relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices.
