Vectren Corporation (the Company) is amending the 8-K filed on April 4, 2014 that announced the impending retirement of Jerome (Jerry) Benkert, Jr., the Company's executive vice president and chief administrative officer. On May 12, 2015, the Company's Board of Directors approved Mr. Benkert's retirement date effective June 1, 2015.
