Item 5.02  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On January 21, 2010, the Board of Directors of Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. (the “Company”) elected Tomer Yosef-Or to the Board of Directors to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Mr. Blake Battaglia who resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company on January 21, 2010.  Mr. Battaglia’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
