Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
 
Effective August 24, 2007, the Company entered into a Lease Termination Agreement providing for the termination of its current headquarters’ office space and the receipt of $2.15 million from the building owner to early terminate its lease and waive certain claims against the property owner. The Lease Termination Agreement provides that the Company’s headquarters’ lease will terminate September 30, 2007.
