On
October 12, 2007, Copernic Inc. issued a press release announcing an upgrade
to
its private label program, which is a unique way for Internet Service Providers,
portals, and websites to incorporate Copernic Desktop Search® software search
engine directly into their website so they can promote their brand, advertise
their products and services, and more efficiently position their company on
the
desktop of their customer’s computers. The Press Release is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1.
