Other Events.

 

On December 6, 2012, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced that its Board of Directors declared another quarterly cash dividend of $0.0125 per share. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business of December 17, 2012.  A copy of the press release is annexed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
