This Amendment No. 1 to our Form 6-K relating to our interim unaudited financial statements for the six months ended and as of June 30, 2012 as originally furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on October 1, 2012 (“Interim June 30, 2012 Six Months Results 6-K”), is being furnished solely for the purpose of furnishing the Interactive Data File disclosure as Exhibit 101 in accordance with Rule 405 of Regulation S-T. This Exhibit was not previously furnished.
Other than as expressly set forth above, this Amendment No. 1 to our Interim June 30, 2012 Six Months Results 6-K does not, and does not purport to, amend, update or restate any information in the Interim June 30, 2012 Six Months Results 6-K, or reflect any events that have occurred after the Interim June 30, 2012 Six Months Results was originally furnished to the Commission.
