On June 14, 2006, Consumers Bancorp, Inc. announced that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program for up to 75,000 shares over the next twelve months. Repurchases will be made from time-to-time in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions depending on market and/or other conditions. The repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
