PART III - NARRATIVE

The Registrant is unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period because the Registrant is awaiting final review of its financial statements for the relevant quarter and completion of XBRL conversion of its financial statements. The Registrant currently expects to file its Form 10-Q for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014 on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date for the filing of the Registrant's Form 10-Q.

The Registrant expects to report approximately $6.2 million and $11.4 million in revenues for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014, respectively, compared to revenues of $4.5 million and $8.5 million for the same periods in 2013. Further, the Registrant anticipates reporting net operating losses of $117,943 and $129,242 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014, respectively, as opposed to net operating losses of $89,111 and $338,959 for the same quarters of 2013.
