Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated January 7, 2004 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:

By letter dated January 7, 2004, the Company reported that it has incurred in a typo mistake in the letter dated January 5, 2004, in which they informed the exercise of warrant rigths. The Company indicates that the amount of shares acquired is equal to the amount of shares into which it was converted the convertible note at a price of US$ 0.6541 instead of US$ 0.6093 previously informed.
