Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On December 3, 2004, James Freeze, Centra’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer, announced his resignation from the Company, effective on or before December 31, 2004. Mr. Freeze is resigning to pursue new opportunities.
Mr. Freeze’s duties and responsibilities will be assumed by other executives of the Company.
