This Amendment No. 1 to the Registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on November 17, 2005 is being filed in order to amend Items 7.01 of such Current Report on Form 8-K.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 17, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing its acquisition of Zheda Lande Scitech Limited’s telecom operation support business group. The Company issued a corrected press release on such event on November 18, 2005. The corrected press release relating to such event is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
