Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On January 5, 2006, Microtune, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a media alert regarding the incorporation of certain of the Company’s single-chip silicon TV tuners into products being displayed by certain manufacturers demonstrating products at the 2006 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES®) in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 5-8, 2006.
