On March 15, 2007, QuadraMed Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing earnings and other financial results for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2006. In addition, the press release announced that management would review these results in an investment community conference call at 4:00 PM Eastern (1:00 PM Pacific) on Thursday, March 15, 2007. Due to a typographical error in the presentation of Cash and Cash Equivalents for the fiscal year ended 2006 (unaudited) in the Company’s Condensed Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows, the original press release related to earnings was corrected and replaced by a second press release, issued shortly after the original press release on March 15, 2007.
A copy of the corrected Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in response to this Item 2.02.

On March 15, 2007, the Company sponsored an investment community conference call to discuss its earnings and other financial results for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2007.
