Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated August 28, 2007, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated August 28, 2007, the Company reported that it signed a deed that entitles the Company to 50% ownership of the office building known as BankBoston tower, located at 265 Carlos Maria Della Paolera Street, City of Buenos Aires. The property is one of the most well-known and modern in Buenos Aires and was designed by famous Architect Cesar Pelli.

The title-deed was granted upon the payment of the balance of the price to BankBoston National Association, Bank of America National Association (Buenos Aires Branch), which in the case of the Company amounted to Ps. 121,066,105, in consideration of the 50% stake in the property and the effective possession of the building.
