Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

(b) Xerium Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that it has reorganized its paper machine clothing and roll covers operations in Europe in an effort to streamline its management structure. The Company has decided not to extend its service contract with Mr. Peter Williamson, the Company’s President–Xerium Europe, which expires March 31, 2010. Effective immediately, the roles of Mr. David Pretty, President–Xerium North America and Mr. Joan “John” Badrinas Ardevol, Xerium’s Chief Technology Officer, have been expanded to include responsibility for the Company’s European clothing and roll covers operations, respectively.
