By letter dated May 26, 2011, the Company reported that the Shareholder meeting held today approved the payment to all shareholders of a cash dividend of Ps. 100,000,000 (Argentine peso). The Shareholder´s meeting has also delegated in the Board of Directors its completion in accordance with the applicable law.
