On February 3, 2016, Quotient Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary estimated financial results for the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release dated February 3, 2016, titled “Quotient Limited Announces Estimated Third Quarter Fiscal 2016 Financial Results” is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
