(the "Merger Sub"), and Infonet Services Corporation (the "Company"), each issued and outstanding share of Class A common stock and Class B common stock of the Company not owned by BT, Merger Sub or the Company, other than the Appraisal Shares (as defined in the Merger Agreement), has been converted as of the effective time of the merger into the right to receive $2.06 in cash, without interest. |
