On October 1, 2013, the Board of Directors of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (the "Company") approved amendments to the Company’s Deferred Compensation Plan for Executives in order to permit the deferral of cash-based awards under the Performance Recognition Plan, the Management Incentive Plan and the 2013 Performance Plan without regard to an employee’s annual salary rate, and to make other related changes.
