(b)           On February 20, 2009, Juan Ferrara resigned from his position as Senior Vice President, Operations-Americas for Genpact Limited, a Bermuda company (“Genpact”), effective March 15, 2009.   Walter Yosafat, Genpact’s Chief Information Officer since March 2007, will take over Mr. Ferrara’s responsibilities in addition to his existing responsibilities.
