The following amends the participant information included in the Schedules
14A filed by El Paso Corporation on February 18 and 19, 2003, as previously
amended by a Schedule 14A filed on March 18, 2003, by (1) adding J. Michael
Talbert (who as of April 1, 2003 held 5,000 shares of El Paso common stock
(jointly with his wife) and 5,000 stock options) under the listing of
directors; and (2) specifying under the listing of directors that John
Bissell holds the position of Lead Director.
