I am writing to you as Responsible for Market Relations of Telecom Argentina SA (“Telecom Argentina” or the “Company”), in order to inform you that the Company has signed a contract of strategic cooperation with Vodafone Sales & Services Limited (“Vodafone”), company with headquarters in the United Kingdom, which will allow Telecom Argentina to delineate its business strategies based on sharing the best practices of a telecommunications operator with global reach such as Vodafone.
