TEEKAY ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2004
EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL
Nassau, The Bahamas, July 14, 2004 – Teekay Shipping Corporation plans to release its financial results for the second quarter of 2004 after market close on Wednesday, July 21, 2004.
The Company plans to host a conference call on Thursday, July 22, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss the results for the quarter. All shareholders and interested parties are invited to listen to the live conference call and view the Company’s earnings presentation through the Company’s website at www.teekay.com
A recording of the conference call will be available until midnight, Thursday, July 29, 2004, by dialing (719) 457-0820 and entering access code 516648. Alternatively, an archive of the conference call will remain on the Company’s website until August 22, 2004.
