Other Events

On September 3, 2009, Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it plans to adjourn the previously announced September 10, 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company (the “Annual Meeting”) to Wednesday, September 30, 2009.  The September 30, 2009 adjourned Annual Meeting will be held at the offices of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, 101 Park Avenue, 27th Floor, New York, New York 10178 at 2:00 p.m., EDT.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
