Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated May 4, 2012 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
 
 
 

By letter dated May 4, 2012, the Company informed that it has signed a credit line with Cresud SACIF and A ("Cresud") for up to the sum of USD 7,000,000 for a period of 180 days at a rate of 7.5% (Annual Nominal Rate) in which the Company is the lender and Cresud, the borrower. The Audit Committee has no objections towards this transaction.
