Attached is an English translation of the letter dated May 23, 2012 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 
 
 

By letter dated May 23, 2012, the Company reported that the Shareholders' Meeting held on May 23, 2012, passed the following resolutions: a) the partial reversal of "Reserves for New Projects" for up to the sum of Ps. 27,891,563. - and the partial reversal of the "Results Not Assigned" for up to the sum of Ps. 71,108,437, respectively, based on account balances as of June 30, 2011; b) payment of a cash dividend for shareholders, charged to the accounts above mentioned for up to the sum of Ps. 99,000,000 and pro rata to the respective shares within the limits of law.
