Attached is an English translation of the letter dated June 19, 2012 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 

 
 
 

By letter dated June 19, 2012, the Company reported the sale and transfer of office units (total area of 4,703 square meters) together with 46 parking lots and 4 storage units located in the buildings known as Yacht V and VI. These buildings are part of the building complex “Puerto del Centro”, located in Dock IV of Puerto Madero, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. The total amount of the transaction was ARS 69,040,000, (equivalent to USD 15,308,200, approximately USD 3,250 per square meter) and the payment was made in the act of deed.
