     On June 5, 2006 Intervoice, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that last week the Company received approximately $7.4 million of a series of orders totaling approximately $8.4 million (the “Orders”) from a digital television provider.
     The foregoing is qualified by reference to the Press Release, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and incorporated herein by reference.
