The recent addition of the business of the Simex Digital Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and the required review and verification of operating data from its licensee resulted in the Company’s inability to complete its quarterly report on Form 10-QSB without unreasonable effort and expense.
