KnowledgeLake Announced as a Charter Partner of Microsoft Content Services Partner Program

KnowledgeLake is considered a Microsoft Preferred Content Services Provider

LAS VEGAS - July 17, 2018 - (Newswire.com)

Today KnowledgeLake is announced as one of the 11 charter partners in Microsoft’s new Content Services Partner Program. This program was announced alongside the new Microsoft Content Services platform, an end-to-end set of software and services that connects entire workplaces and enables intelligent content management.

KnowledgeLake was chosen as one of the first 11 charter partners of this program because of its track record of success with Microsoft and clients. The partners are a mix of system integrators (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs), who are now considered “Microsoft Preferred” after having met all the requirements to become charter partners. KnowledgeLake is an ISV charter partner.

“We have always worked closely with Microsoft,” says KnowledgeLake’s Director of Strategic Alliances Mike Miller. “This is so exciting for KnowledgeLake and our future as we continue to innovate with AI and machine learning to really streamline the usage of Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.”

KnowledgeLake has become one of the largest providers of services and solutions for Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 over the last 20 years. The KnowledgeLake platform provides powerful and flexible, browser‐based document capture and processing in the cloud, leveraging all the Microsoft content services platforms such as SharePoint, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

KnowledgeLake’s success with thousands of past clients was just one reason for why it was chosen as a charter partner. As an example, CenterPointe Church, a non-denominational church in Illinois, reached out to KnowledgeLake for help organizing their documents in their Office 365 environment. Working its content management magic, KnowledgeLake empowered CenterPointe Church to continue focusing on their mission instead of back-office operations.

By deploying a KnowledgeLake enterprise content management (ECM) solution with their already-existing investment in Office 365, CenterPointe Church has been able to create a reliable document management and accounts payable workflow, creating huge efficiency in a once-manual process.

“We were already using Office 365 for basic office document storage. It only made sense to standardize on that cloud-based solution and use KnowledgeLake to provide the missing functionality that we needed to support a structured document management and accounts payable process,“ says Ryan Ballard, the associate pastor at CenterPointe Church.
