Rather than offer videos simply promoting the business, these videos actually offer sage advice about what to look out for when buying a home. While there are also videos that promote specific properties, the majority of the videos focus on helping home buyers, regardless of the realtor they decide to partner with.
When approached about this announcement, Bill Flesher offered this comment, “I understand that homebuyers are often hesitant about buying a home, especially the first time. We know it is a big investment and that there are a lot of companies and home sellers out there that want to take advantage. So, we’ve decided to start an educational channel in order to help home buyers with tips and tricks when they are in the market for a home. We just hope that this series of videos will help home buyers feel more confident about their decision to buy a home.”
In one of the educational real estate videos, Bill Flesher and his team explain what to look for when inspecting the electrical panel of a home. In another video, they provide an air conditioning preventive maintenance checklist and explain the importance of utilizing this checklist.
