Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has announced that he will deliver a live speech at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday, October 16 to address freedom of expression. Zuckerberg said it will be "the most comprehensive take" he's shared about his stance on freedom of speech and personal voice.
Zuckerberg said the speech will discuss the importance of providing individuals with a voice and how freedom of expression brings people together. He will also identify what he believes to be the major global threats to freedom of speech, and the challenges that come with mass online communication.
