Maria Indelicato is a family law attorney who graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2009 and completed her Juris Doctorate degree only two years later in 2011. After passing the bar on her first try, Mrs. Indelicato knew that the only place she wanted to be was where she was born and raised―the Daytona Beach area.

Mrs. Indelicato spent nearly seven of her eight years working as a lawyer at the State Attorney's Office, where she handled thousands of cases and tried over 40 cases before a jury. Her cases with the State ranged from misdemeanor DUIs to burglaries, carjackings, complex racketeering, drug trafficking, domestic violence, and sex crimes.

Mrs. Indelicato was awarded the State's Top Gun Trial Award in 2018 in recognition of her success as a trial lawyer. She is a current member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar; a member and Social Media Chair of the Junior League of Daytona Beach; and a former member of the Volusia Flagler Association for Women Lawyers.

As a practicing family law attorney, Mrs. Indelicato has her clients' best interests at heart.
