Dealerships allowed to reopen in-person sales, test drives by appointment

When Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell unveiled the four-tier reopening plan Tuesday, he announced that dealerships would be allowed to conduct in-person sales by appointment only. The official order, effective Thursday through Oct. 31, includes an appendix, relating to new and used car and truck dealerships that was not referenced in the previously published framework.
