On November 4, 2004, the Company issued a news release that is attached
hereto as exhibit 99.1. In the news release, the Company announced that
production from the three wells in the Devils Tower field has returned to
per-Hurricane Ivan levels and that a fourth well is expected to be producing by
the end of November.
