On February 6, 2019, Peabody Energy Corporation ("Peabody") issued a press release setting forth Peabody’s fourth quarter 2018 financial results and providing guidance on selected full year 2019 targets. A copy of Peabody’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On February 6, 2019, Peabody announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 6, 2019 to shareholders of record on February 20, 2019.
