On August 13, 2013, the Executive Organization & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. ("Applied") amended Applied's Key Executive Restoration Plan ("KERP"), primarily to align its change in control provisions more closely with those of various other Applied executive officer plans. The KERP, as restated, is attached as Exhibit 10.1.
Each of Applied's executive officers participates in the KERP. Those participants with an account crediting percentage or a vesting schedule that is different from the plan's standard provisions are identified in a schedule that is also attached to Exhibit 10.1.
