WBD Foods (hereinafter “the Company”) reports the following change in the Company’s share in the charter capital of the Company’s subsidiary entity – “Wimm-Bill-Dann Central Asia Almaty” LLC:
The Company’s share in the charter capital of the subsidiary entity before the change – 0%
The Company’s share in the charter capital of the subsidiary entity after the change – 100%
Effective date of the change of the Company’s share in the charter capital of the subsidiary entity: July 11, 2005.
The said share was purchased by the Company from another Company’s subsidiary entity – “Wimm-Bill-Dann Central Asia” LLC as part of the corporate structure streamlining process.
