In January, 2008 the following subsidiaries of Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC were merged to Wimm-Bill-Dann OJSC — our Moscow-based subsidiary: Ochakovo Dairy Plant OJSC, Anna milk CJSC, Dairy Plant Angarsky OJSC, Obninsk Dairy Plant OJSC, Surgut city Dairy Plant OJSC.
