Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
 
On May 11, 2009, China Precision Steel, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for its third quarter ended March 31, 2009.  A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
