Corporate Name Change to Hollysys Automation Technologies, Ltd.
 
On July 15, 2009, the Board of Directors of HLS Systems International, Ltd. (the “Company”) authorized the corporate name change to Hollysys Automation Technologies, Ltd, effective as of July 17, 2009.
