On September 28, 2010, China Precision Steel, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal year ended June 30, 2010. A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
