Hollysys Automation Technologies Declares Annual Cash Dividend of 2017
BEIJING, September 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hollysys Automation Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: HOLI) ("Hollysys" or the "Company"), a leading provider of automation and control technologies and applications in China, announced today that the Board of Directors of Hollysys has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.12 per ordinary share for 2017. The dividend will be payable on or about November 6, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 16, 2017.
