Check Point Software Shareholders Approve all Proposals at
2009 Annual General Meeting

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., – July 29, 2009 – Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that shareholders approved all five proposals presented at the 2009 Annual General Meeting. Approximately 157 million shares, representing approximately 75% of the shares outstanding as of the record date, were voted at the meeting.
